The workflows list displays your organization's workflows as well as the default ones we provide in the app.
1. Your workflows
These are all the workflows you created for your company. Simply click on a card to edit any of them.
You can copy a workflow by clicking the copy icon:
You can create new on by clicking the + workflow button (in 3).
2. Default workflows
These are the workflows that we bring with the fresh installation of Zero Keyboard.
If you find these workflows useful to your organization but they doesn’t fit as they are, just click the copy icon in the template card. A copy will then appear in Your workflows (1) and you can edit it to fit your needs.
3. Filtering the list
There are 4 filters available to help you manage your templates list:
- Search engine: type to filter the workflows in real time based on their title and description
- Group by team: instead of showing your workflows as one list, the studio will show all teams with their specific publication. If a template is available to multiple teams, it will appear several time, in each team that can access it
