For each object accessible via the menu, you can (and should) define actions to create & update records of the object.
Whenever you add a tile with access to a new object you need to add it to the Objects & Actions list. Press the Add object button to create a new entry.
The objects' settings are divided in up to 3 sections (depending if you use Zero Keyboard's views or Salesforce views) where you can set which workflows should be accessed.
1. Actions On Single Row (ZK View Only)
This button appears on rows, the workflows called with it will be attached to the corresponding record. Also its behavior can change based on the object:
- Contacts & Leads : the app will initiate a call and the workflow will only start if the call lasts at least 45 seconds
- Tasks: nothing special here, simply the default workflow we provide, which contains no questions. It allows to mark tasks as done without leaving the list view.
2. Actions on the list view
The workflows that will be available when users land on the records list under the right button. You can directly call a specific workflow or give the option to choose among a selection.
Remember that whatever the workflow, it won't be related to the view, you have to correctly define the settings in the workflows themselves.
3. Actions on the details view
These workflows will be available when users select a specific record, under the right button. You can directly call a specific workflow or give the option to choose among a selection.
In that case you can use workflows that will update the record currently showed.
