For each team, you need to define what the menu contains and to what object or webview it leads. 

1. Navigation menu 

For each team, you can define which tiles will appear in the app.

  • Press the Add tile button to create an access to an object or a new view. 
  • Drag and drop tiles to reorder them.
  • Click on a tile to edit or remove tiles

2. Add/Edit tile

a. Objects

Select the tile type as object to create a view to a Salesforce object.

  • Object name: Select the object you want to give access to.
  • Label: Define the label of the tile.
  • Icon: Simply define the icon to be shown. You can select the default icon of an object by clicking the link next to object list. 

Once you have set a tile to access an object, you need to define which workflow can be accessed on the related view.  

b. Webviews 

You can choose to give access to a specific webview within the app. This can be a link to your privacy policy or a specific view in Salesforce like a Dashboard. 

  • Label: Define the label of the tile.
  • Icon: Simply define the icon to be shown.
  • URL: enter here the address of the webview to access.
  • Salesforce URL: check this if the view is in Salesforce.
